Halfbrick's latest Jetpack Joyride update is now available to download from Google Play, too.

Fire up your Android-powered blower and grab it right this second by clicking on this here link.

Original story follows...

For the first time since November 2012, Aussie studio Halfbrick has added a batch of new content to its Gold Award-winning endless-flyer Jetpack Joyride.

What's new, then?

Well, for starters, there's a brand-new vehicle. It's called the Wave Rider, and it enables you to easily navigate the flash floods that have recently crippled the Legitimate Research facility.

Slightly strangely, though, there are two different ways to get your mitts on the Wave Rider.

If you're an eager beaver, you can purchase it right this second for £2.99 / $4.99. If you don't mind waiting for it, on the other hand, you can chill out for four days and nab it for free.

Furthermore, Jetpack Joyride's in-game store will now be refreshed on a weekly basis.

Unfortunately for you, this means some jetpacks and costumes will only be available to purchase for a limited time. So, if you absolutely have to own everything on offer, I'd start collecting coins right now.

Last but not least, this software update include a new character: Mrs Doubtfries. Mrs Doubtfries is a mysterious figure who could be an alter ego, an archnemesis, or even a partner in crime.

It's up to you to find out.

You can download Jetpack Joyride from the App Store for free right now.
