Is This Seat Taken? is officially launching this August for some cosy seating arrangement vibes
  • Match people with their seating desires
  • Cosy puzzler with no timer
  • Officially launching in August

Wholesome Games Presents and developer Poti Poti Studio have officially announced the upcoming launch of Is This Seat Taken?, the quirky puzzler where the passenger is indeed king. Landing on iOS, Android, the Nintendo Switch, and on Steam this August, this cosy adventure will have you scrambling to fulfil people's requests on the daily commute, whether that means making sure two besties sit together on the bus or keeping smelly passengers as far away from everyone else as possible.

Having played the public demo of Is This Seat Taken? myself, I can honestly say I'm looking forward to diving into this one, despite the anxiety levels it's giving my people-pleasing tendencies. It's part puzzler, part strategy game too, especially since you have to fulfil everyone's wishes as an impartial seat-arranger.

As you organise people based on their preferences, you'll need to think logically to clear each level. The good news is that there's no timer here, so it takes the pressure off when you're trying to keep everyone satisfied to the best of your ability.

There's no exact date for the official launch as of yet, so for now, the release window this August will simply have to do. While you wait, if you're on the hunt for more ways you can kick back and chill, why not take a look at our list of the most relaxing games on Android to get your fill?

In the meantime, if you're eager to join in on all the fun, you can do so by checking out Is This Seat Taken? on Steam.
