Strolling into iOS and Android town with six-shooter in hand is Gunman Clive, the latest arty platformer from Helium Boy developer Bertil Hörberg.

Players must step into the boots of the titular gunslinger, and set off across the dusty plains of the Old West in search of the Mayor's kidnapped daughter.

Boasting washed-out visuals reminiscent of the "Wanted" posters we've all seen in spaghetti westerns, and some assured old skool platforming gameplay, this should appeal to Mega Man fans and Clint Eastwood devotees alike.

You'll have to leap between moving podiums, gun down some brutish-looking varmints, and square off against some pretty big bosses if you're going to get the girl and make it back to the saloon in one piece.

You can find Gunman Clive on the App Store [download] and the Google Play Store [download] for £1.49 / $1.99.
