At midnight tonight, Icebreaker and Roller Polar developer Nitrome will launch its next major game on iOS: Gunbrick.

The game has you controlling a giant cube which can roll from side to side, or propel itself forward with its high-powered turret. It's basically a puzzle game about figuring out how to roll this cumbersome cube into the right position.

There are loads of levels, obstacles, enemies, and boss fights, and they're all dressed up in gorgeous pixel art visuals. It looks like something straight off a Game Boy Advance.

Gunbrick costs £1.99 / $2.99, and is coming to iPhone and iPad this evening. A review is on the way but until then, check out our preview or watch our hands-on video, above. New Zealand citizens can get the game here, now.
