Pyroguelike Flame Over is now fighting fires on PS Vitas around the world

Feisty firefighting roguelike Flame Over is now available worldwide on PS Vita, and will set you back £7.99 / $9.99 (or £6.39 / $7.99 if you're on PlayStation Plus).
This game puts you in the yellow wellies of fireman Blaze Carruthers, as you try to extinguish fires that rage across 16 randomly generated levels - split into four zones. You'll have to use suds, foam, water bombs, and fire axes to battle the flames.
Along the way you'll get side missions, cats and humans to save, and you'll be chased around by the Grim Reaper if you dilly dally for too long.
We gave it a Silver Award and said, "while not quite as polished as Spelunky, Flame Over scratches the same itch in a completely different guise." And while it's got a steep learning curve, "it's worth every hour you invest into it".
