Fishing Clash is casting into deeper waters this week as it syncs up with the 2025 Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour Grand Final. Until August 11th, you’ll get a chance to take part in an in-game event that mirrors pro fishing’s most important tournament, bringing together virtual skill and real-world spectacle on the digital waters of Saginaw Bay.
It’s more than just a seasonal event in Fishing Clash as it’s the final chapter of the MLF season. And for the first time, the Fishing Clash Angler of the Year will be awarded alongside the real Bass Pro Tour finale on Saginaw Bay in Bay City, Michigan. While the pros compete for career-defining glory, the top five Fishing Clash anglers will claim exclusive MLF-branded prizes of their own.
The action takes place on a specially prepared version of Saginaw Bay, designed to echo the real championship venue. The MLF Grand Finals are open only to qualified players who’ve earned three of five tickets from past events. These finalists will spend eight days chasing competitive fish lists, exclusive vanities, and top leaderboard placement.
But it’s not just for finalists. From August 8th to 11th, the MLF Fishing Quest opens the door to everyone. Catching a special MLF fish earns points toward new rewards and leaderboard ranks. Several of the top fishing influencers will also be heading to Bay City, sharing exclusive content, livestreams, and real-time coverage from the event through their Instagram channels.
