Almost a year after its arrival on the App Store, Dust: An Elysian Tail is on sale, dropped to a mere £0.79 / $0.99.
The PC port follows the titular Dust and his companion Fidget as they slice and dash through hordes of fearsome enemies and bosses in a colorful hand-drawn world.
Wielding sword and magic, you face foes with fluidly-animated combos, juggles, and special attacks, while talking with NPCs and performing quests through metroidvania-style levels between battles.
Our Silver Award review praised the game's gorgeous visuals and slick frenetic action blemished slightly by some control frustrations in the translation from gamepad to touchscreen.
