Driver Speedboat Paradise lets you bring down the speedboat mafia, which is apparently a thing
Out now everywhere
Ubisoft's bizarre new road-phobic entry in the Driver franchise is finally available everywhere. Driver Speedboat Paradise is out on iOS and Android, for free, globally.
Now, this isn't just a game about entering races, getting air off ramps, bumping off choppy simulated waves, and boosting past the competition to secure first place.
No no no. This is actually about taking down the "speedboat mafia", as you work with Driver star John Tanner to bust these ocean-bound nasties and kick them out of the Bahamas.
You'll also get to upgrade your boats, houses, and clothes. And you'll collect fans - though, that's one area of the game that gave Peter pause when he went hands-on with the game, leading him to ask, is Driver Speedboat Paradise sexist?
But now you can decide for yourself. The game is available on the iOS App Store and on Android via Google Play. It's free, but watch out for the usual IAPs.
