Democracy 3, the opinion-juggling, policy-making massive strategy game, is out right now on iPad

Massive, complex, indie strategy game Democracy 3 has discussed the matter carefully, put it to a vote, and decided that the time is right to pop up on the App Store.
It's only available on iPad though, which makes a lot of sense, because the amount of information that's on screen at any one time is enough to make a grown man say 'that's a lot of information to have on screen at any one time'.
The game is all about policy, and how your decisions as the leader of a country can affect all the other decisions you've made.
These decisions are connected in a huge spider-web that visualises the influence each choice you make has over other areas of policy.
And of course there's a complex system of voters with different aspects from 21 categories who you have to sway to your cause.
Democracy 3 is a big game, in the nicest possible sense of the word, and if you prefer things a little more casual then it's likely one look at it will make you cry.
If, however, you ever fancied ruling the world without murdering everyone in it, then Democracy 3 is going to be right up your street.

The game is out right now on iPad, and it'll set you back £6.99 / $9.99. We've reached out to developer Positech to see if an Android version is in the offing as well.
