DC Heroes United is an upcoming narrative-driven game where big choices are decided by player vote
Coming to iOS, Android and Tubi

- DC Heroes United is a choice-based game where the entire player base has their say
- It's set to release for iOS and Android this Fall
- New episodes will air weekly on mobile and Tubi
While Marvel has largely beaten DC into the ground on the movie front in recent years, the same can't be said for mobile. Yes, there are plenty of Marvel games kicking around, but DC fans aren't exactly left wanting, either. And this Fall, they'll get something new to play when Genvid Entertainment's DC Heroes United launches for iOS, Android and Tubi. Why Tubi? That'll become clear in a moment.
Pre-registration is open now, though the release date is merely 'Fall'. So it could launch anytime between now and the last leaf dropping from the trees, I suppose. Still, you can always check out the How to Play trailer Genvid Entertainment has created in the meantime to see if it's something you fancy trying.

As you can see, it's something a little bit different from what we usually expect from superhero games, particularly on mobile. Essentially, it's a choose-your-own-narrative setup mixed with Survivors-like combat, except that every decision is a vote between every single player. So whenever there's a choice, everyone makes their pick, and then the most popular option will play out in new episodes that come out weekly. You can watch the show on your phone or on Tubi.
It's certainly an interesting concept, though it's not entirely new. Genvid Entertainment did something similar with Silent Hill: Ascension last year, and, well, let's just say that no one really speaks about that any more. Still, that doesn't mean it isn't possible. I suspect that it's hard to get off the ground. Perhaps leaning on beloved superheroes holds the keys to success more so than something with Silent Hill's comparatively smaller following.
DC Heroes United will arrive on the App Store and Google Play this Fall as a free-to-play game with in-app purchases. If you're interested, you can pre-order ahead of launch for your preferred platform using the buttons below.
