Time to party with even more friends

Balatro adds free Friends of Jimbo 4 collab pack alongside Xbox Game Pass launch
  • Assassin’s Creed, Slay the Princess and more join the fray
  • Now on Xbox Game Pass
  • Jimbo sure is popular, isn't he

Playstack and LocalThunk have just dropped the latest update within Balatro, adding even more mayhem to the already chaotic card game. Now, I know I said the last one was the biggest pack, but Jimbo obviously needs to outdo himself and prove just how popular he is with an even bigger Friends of Jimbo 4 collab pack.

The latest update within Balatro is absolutely free, and will add Assassin’s Creed, Bugsnax, Critical Role, and Dead by Daylight among other team-ups. It's also coming to Xbox Game Pass, on top of welcoming Rust, Sid Meier’s Civilization VII, Slay the Princess, and Vault-Tec to the mix. There's apparently going to be a huge patch rolling out soon too, so it's worth sticking around for that.

If you're still part of the very, very small percentage of gamers who haven't played the poker roguelike like I am, I suppose now's as good a time as any to join the bandwagon because of these "unexpected allies". Personally, though, I'm just happy to see Ashley Johnson in the new trailer.
