Deep Loot is a free-to-play underwater loot-'em-up heading to iOS in a few weeks
Android version will follow soon after
Monster and Monster has let us know that its cute-looking underwater loot-'em-up Deep Loot will swim onto iOS in just a few weeks.
We first caught wind of Deep Loot last year during the Big Indie Pitch at Apps World. It was one of the six most exciting games we saw there, in fact.
Deep Loot is designed for bite-size gaming, so each play session will probably run you only a few minutes. The idea is to swim, dig, and fight your way through an infinitely expanding ocean.
As you dive into the uniquely generated oceans, you'll come across lost ruins, terrifying sea creatures, and plenty of treasures.
The gameplay is turn-based, in that the surroundings and the creatures inside them only move as you do.
Returning with your findings lets you turn them into cash. With that, you're then able to invest in bigger boats, diving suits, and upgrades for your equipment.
This helps you to dive further and further. Which is essential as the abyss contains secrets and treasures that'll bag you more money.
If that gameplay cycle isn't compelling enough, then there also more than 80 optional challenges to complete, and records to beat.
Sounds good, right? Deep Loot will be available as a free-to-play download in the next few weeks on the App Store. The Android version will follow shortly after the iOS version is out.
You can find more information on Deep Loot over on its official website.
