If you've been waiting patiently for Cornfox & Bros. perpetually delayed Zelda-style iOS adventure game Oceanhorn, then we have some salve to ease your pain.

No, it's not a release date. I know.

But it IS some rather exciting news, my friend.

Yep, Oceanhorn's Finnish developer has pulled off a major coup. Well, two coups, in fact.

You see, legendary Japanese composers Nobuo Uematsu and Kenji Ito are creating the music for the game.

Uematsu is best known for his work on the Final Fantasy series. During a prolific career, he's created music for a whole range of games, though, including composing the main theme for Super Smash Bros. Brawl and working on The Last Story for Mistwalker.

Kenji Ito, meanwhile, has worked on the SaGa series, Sword of Mana, and - most recently - Puzzle & Dragons for the iPad.

The Oceanhorn pieces are slowly falling into place, which is good to see after such a long wait. Hopefully, it won't be too long before we get a final release date for this gorgeous-looking adventure.

We live in hope.
