Super QuickHook on iPhone gets a huge super update - new mode, level, characters

Top swinging avalanche-avoiding game Super QuickHookhas just received its third major update, packing in more features than you can shake a hook at.
Along with a new Eruption mode that replaces the relatively harmless snowy avalanche with a raging, buring inferno, there’s also three new characters to unlock, including that damn gnome, Gnomey, Aldora, and Hookbot.
If those three weren’t enough, there’s also the option of purchasing three more characters as in-app purchases – Jake, Gunny, and Super QuackHook.
There’s lots of new dialog for the shop for all the new characters, performance tweaks and bug fixes, and a load of new items and achievements to earn along the way.
Oh and a ‘Super Ultra Secret Level’, which sounds intriguingly mysterious.
Super QuickHook rappelled its way to a stonking Pocket Gamer Silver Award a few months back, so it’s well worth checking out for £1.79 / $2.99 / €2.39.
