Just in time for the festive season, Sokobond developer Alan Hazelden has launched his loveable snowman-making puzzle game A Good Snowman is Hard to a Build on iOS and Android.

It's all about rolling up big balls of white stuff, inside a claustrophobic hedge maze, to build a bunch of snowman. You'll then use your army of frosty white soldiers to take on a zombie uprising.

Okay so I made that last bit up. It's actually a cosy and charming little game with zero zombies. But it does have gorgeous graphics from the dude who made Sushi Snake and music from the composer of The Beginner's Guide.

The game has no in-app purchases or ads, so if this looks like your jam you should take £3.99 / $4.99 out of your pocket and throw it at the App Store or Google Play's stupid face.
