At Pocket Gamer Connects we hosted another of our world famous Very Big Indie Pitch events. One of the games that made it through the selection process was Zombie Match Defense, from Shovelware Games.

Before the VBIP kicked off, I'd pretty much already written it off.

I mean, that name, right?

But Zombie Match Defense shocked all the judges, and went on to win the coveted first place prize.
