Bronze Award-winning Super Stickman Golf 2 will get a massive update, drop price to free, this Thursday

The word "massive" is thrown around a lot in stories about updates, but the changes Noodlecake has in store for Super Stickman Golf 2 are nothing short of the term.

In addition to introducing turn-based chat and the ability to wager Golf Bux on turn-based multiplayer games, Noodlecake's also adding three new courses to the game.

That's three more in addition to the Super Meat Boy course we already knew about, mind.

The first two, Gears Land and Implausible Land, are fairly standard SSG courses, but the third - Space Land - tosses the usual physics of Super Stickman Golf out the airlock and has you tee off in zero gravity.

There's also a pair of vanity items planned for the update, including the ability change your multiplayer name and optional 'Ball Trials' which let you add colourful streaks to the trajectory of your drives.

Oh, and the Bronze Award-winner is also going free for a limited time to celebrate the new content - that's probably worth mentioning, since it normally retails for $2.99 / £1.99.

If you'd like the full details on the update, you can check out the post on the Noodlecake blog. Otherwise, the update is due to arrive on this Thursday, January 9.
