iOS indie hit Osmos set to propel itself onto Android

Hemisphere Games has posted a photograph on its blog strongly suggesting that popular iPhone and iPad indie game Osmos is making its way to Android.

The photograph - somebody playing Osmos on a Motorola Xoom - is accompanied by the following message: "Dear Robots, things are coming along very nicely. Stay tuned."

Very cryptic.

Eat-'em-up

Osmos is a Mac, PC, and iOS title that sees you steering an orb around various 'playgrounds', solar systems, and petri dishes.

Your job is to absorb smaller orbs and expel the mass you gain to propel yourself to the exit of each stage.

Both the iPhone and iPad versions of Osmos earned a Pocket Gamer Silver Award at review for their elegant, deep, and innovative gameplay.
