Mutazione is receiving an update that introduces an infinite Garden Mode to the popular Apple Arcade title

Mutazione, one of Apple Arcade's more popular titles, is set to receive an update that will add a new Garden Mode to the game. The update is live now on the PS4 and PC versions of the game, whilst Apple Arcade users will have to wait a little longer. It’s currently described simply as 'coming soon' but we'll be sure to update you when we know a more specific date.

This new addition to Mutazione will allow players to compose procedurally generated music in their own personal garden by planting seeds. This mechanic is also found in the Story Mode itself but in this version, they will be able to experiment with their own orchestras without any time constraints to limit their creativity.

Each plant will have its own set of sounds and melodies that play whenever they're planted. This means there's a lot of experimenting players can do to achieve different moods, textures and emotions. Think of it as your own personal Zen garden that you can create a soundtrack for with your produce.

In addition to the new Garden Mode, the game will also add six new languages on top of the eleven that are already available in the game. It might seem a fairly minor update to most folk but it's always great to hear that new players who may otherwise be deterred by a language barrier can experience Mutazione more easily now.

The languages being added are Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Russian, Korean, Japanese and Turkish.
