Out at midnight: Use the heads of your enemies as platforms in iOS vertical slasher Knightmare Tower

Princesses! All they ever do is get trapped in towers. Grrrrrr.
Anyway, Juicy Beast's knightly game of keepy-uppy Knightmare Tower has just landed on the New Zealand App Store, meaning it'll be hurtling into the UK and US at midnight tonight.
In this game, you are cast as a bobble-headed warrior on a mission to rescue ten princesses from the titular ziggurat.
You set off on a rocket, then proceed to slash between the beasties who are nipping at your heels. By doing so, you drive your sword into their skulls to push yourself ever higher.
You'll have to contend with some lava, too, mind. Furthermore, there are over 70 quests and 50 different monsters in Knightmare Tower.
Luckily, you can upgrade your armour, drop screen-clearing bombs, drink bubbling strength potions, and summon three different monsters at once.
We loved the game on Ouya. So much so, in fact, that we selected it as one of our 10 best Ouya games so far.
Knightmare Tower will surface on the UK and US App Stores at midnight. If you fancy a bit of vertical medieval violence, then, get ready to shell out £1.99 / $2.99.
