For those who don't know, Lineage II is a popular MMORPG that doesn't stray too far from the genre. We gave it a Silver Award in its review, saying: "There's no mistaking that Lineage 2: Revolution is a wonderful game. It's a great first entry for newcomers to the MMORPG genre, and it promises plenty of content for hardcore fans to sink hundreds of hours into."

In this new update there are a few notable additions. First, the Orc Race has been added, complete with their own unique class mechanics. There are three classes to choose from - Orc Shaman, Orc Monk, and Orc Raider, and you'll have a new starting location, The Southern Immortal Plateau. Here you'll kick off with 500,000 Combat Power at level 180 and will get your hands on a set of SR-grade weapon/armour/accessories.

Secondly, the new Avento territory has been added as well as increasing max player levels to 320. With three regions, Dragon Valley, Promised Land, and Ancient Dragon Mountain Range, there are 21 Monster Cores and 12 new Monsters for you to take on.

The Tower of Insolence has also been expanded to Floor 145 with greater rewards available, and auto-progression to help out folks who have a bit of trouble advancing. You'll also see some extra bits in the Main Quests, Weekly Quests, and Sub-Quests.

Finally, part two of the Second Class Transfer is live in-game. This means that you can enjoy new content, more classes and skills, and that includes the new Orc Race too. According to the press release, if you're playing as an Orc you can start part two at level 271 with chapter five - seven quests ready to go.

There's also been some major server improvements in North America and Europe, phew. With all that said, grab it on the App Store or Google Play if you haven't already and let us know what you think in the comments below.
