Angry Mob Games includes support for iCade controller in update to iOS action-platformer Muffin Knight

Angry Mob Games's action-packed fairytale platformer Muffin Knight has just been updated on iPhone and iPad.

The headline feature in Muffin Knight version 1.0.2 is undoubtedly support for external arcade controllers, such as the iCade for iPad. In addition, players can now customise the size of the controls, the responsiveness of which the developer has seen fit to improve.

In Pocket Gamer’s recent review of Muffin Knight, we praised the frenetic blend of platforming and combat, awarding it a glittering Silver Award.

In fact, one of the only issues we had with the game was the occasional control glitch where taps wouldn't register immediately, so we’re thrilled to see that being addressed.

Angry Mob Games is promising to include Game Center online multiplayer in its next update to Muffin Knight, too, to complement the existing local wi-fi multiplayer mode.
