Bubble Town pops onto mobile
And looks like it's filled with more than just hot air
Casual PC games have a habit of finding their way over to mobiles and the latest to make the jump is Bubble Town, courtesy of I-play. You might not recognise the name seeing as the original was called Scrubbles but the gameplay is anything but unfamiliar.
Match three and make them disappear, cute characters, bosses and plenty of power-ups. It's a tried-and-tested Puzzle Bobble-inspired formula and there's no reason it shouldn't work here.
Judging by the vibrant screenshots, Bubble Town won't be a slouch in the visual department, either.
There are 31 levels promised and even as a basic single-player experience there's no reason this won't turn out to be a sunshine slice of casual fun for us to retreat to during the long dark winter. We'll see.
