Out at midnight: Play 3 classic courtroom dramas in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD for iOS
No objections here
There's nothing like some heated courtroom drama to really get you going on a bus journey to work.
That's why everyone at Pocket Gamer Towers has been running around shouting "Objection!" ever since we found out that Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD was heading to the App Store this week.
Those legal cries have reached fever pitch today. Why? Because, well, Capcom's trilogy of remastered Ace Attorney games is going to be available to download in the UK from midnight tonight.
The initial download won't set you back a thing, though you'll only gain access to the first two chapters of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. If you want to keep playing, you will be able to buy the rest of the original Ace Attorney game for £3.99 / $5.99.
You can then buy Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice For All and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations as either individual purchases (£4.99 / $6.99 apiece) or in a cheaper bundle (£11.99 / $16.99).
One of the most noteworthy differences about this remastered three-game series for iOS is the clever adaptive system outlined in the above image.
So, yes, you can choose to play the games in landscape mode for a more dynamic and cinematic experience. Or you can play in portrait orientation for more efficient gameplay.
We loved all three of these courtroom games on the DS, giving Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations Gold Awards, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice For All a pretty shiny Silver Award.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD will go live on the UK and US App Stores at around midnight tonight. Case dismissed.
