Storm Rush is a simple, fast-paced twitch racer that hit the App Store earlier in the week. It's all neon lights and thin strips of track and it's pretty darn good.
It's not the most original game in the genre, but the simple two touch controls and simple restarts mean there's something painfully compulsive about it.
You dart around in first person, tapping left to move left and right to move right. It's slickly put together, and the track builds obstacles as you rush forwards, towers of bright lights tumbling down from the sky.
There are some neat ideas here, like splitting tracks and colour changing obstacles, and it all blends together to make something pretty darn compulsive.
