Out at midnight: Sometimes You Die is an iOS platform game with a morbid outlook and some tough puzzles

Sometimes You Die is an intriguing platform game that's just hit the New Zealand App Store. That means it should be rolling into the UK and US at around midnight tonight.
As you might expect with a title like that, this game is all about death. There are 70 levels of platforming madness here. And the only way to complete them is to end the life of some of the cubes you play as.
In the example shown in the trailer above, you stab two cubes on spikes so that a third can use them as platforms to leap up to the exit.
Each of the levels presents you with a different puzzle to try and solve. So, you might need to fill a pit with cube-y corpses, or use them to blunt the edges of some deadly circular saws.
Sometimes You Die will go live on the UK and US App Stores later tonight. When it does, it'll set you back £1.49 / $1.99.
