Fantasy RPG SINoALICE is now counting down to its iOS and Android launch on July 1st. The 100-day countdown missions require you to like, share, interact with promotional content from the game's official social media channels to win in-game rewards ahead of launch.

The first mission has now been revealed, and it sounds very doable. They're looking for 30,000+ reactions in exchange for 100,000 in-game gold. More missions will be announced in the near future. It's important to note that only non-Japanese social media accounts can take part in the event.

What's perhaps most interesting about this one is that its story comes from the mind behind NieR. Yes, the legendary Yoko Taro has had some creative input here, and not just with the weird mix of lower and uppercase letters in its title.

As such, you can expect some neat crossover events with the NieR series. There are currently two separate NieR crossovers on the way, including NieR Replicant and the global NieR: Automata events. Both events will feature fan-favourite characters from the titular titles, boasting scenarios spearheaded by Yoko Taro himself.

In a press release sent out earlier today, it was announced that publishing rights to SINoALICE have been transferred from NEXON to Pokelabo, the game's original developers. It was concluded that Pokelabo would be able to offer the best service given its familiarity with SINoALICE.

On top of the countdown event, there's also a pre-registration campaign running over on the game's official site. There are the usual rewards up for grabs if you get in early, including in-game currency, weapons, etc. The top milestone is 1 million pre-registrations, which it could well reach given the upcoming NieR crossovers and the fact that Yoko Taro is attached.
