Ninja Up! is Gameloft's attempt at a free arcade blast. And it isn't actually that bad. The game is out right now on the App Store, and it's worth a shot if you're into your quick-burst gaming.

The aim of the game is to bounce a sprightly ninja upwards. You do this by drawing rope-based platforms for him to twang off.

The smaller the platform the higher the ninja will spring, but the more likely he is to miss his footing and plummet to his death.

There are girders to avoid, sword-spinning ninjas to dodge, and Facebook-powered leaderboards to try and climb your way up.

And it all makes for a reasonably pleasant bouncing experience. If you fancy giving it a go, Ninja Up! is available for iPad and iPhone right now for nowt.
