Fight feral beasts and dodge cannibals in upcoming Stone Age action-RPG Isle of Bxnes

RPGs can be great, but you have to admit the generic fantasy setting got old a long time ago.
In Whalenought Games's forthcoming action-RPG Isle of Bxnes - pronounced 'Isle of Bones' - however, you play the role of a caveman during the Stone Age as he hunts across savage islands, forages for supplies, and grows a tribe around him.
Given it's the Stone Age, absolutely everything is out to get you, including feral beasts and tribes of bloody cannibals. And this is no hero's tale, so you'll be punished for your mistakes, just like in any other roguelike.
Combat can be over with just a couple of strikes. Locational damage comes into play here, meaning wounds affect your character's movement. Weapons are also degraded with use.
Luckily, you can build voodoo traps and increase your offspring pool so that your tribe has a better chance of surviving.
If you DO die, you'll become one of your sons, each of which has randomly chosen skills, attack damage, and stamina.
Isle of Bxnes will be available on iOS and Android devices this autumn.
