This is one of the few mobile games that I've had a good experience with. It has interesting characters and stories (provided that you're ok with some reading--which I am), and a nice sense of progression. It introduces new features at a reasonable pace, and the mechanics and in-game currency are both relatively intuitive--not overwhelming at all. Plus, your characters continue to progress, even as you explore the menus. It's a nice game for those looking for a light, casual fantasy RPG.

So far, the game is good. The beginning tutorial and section until you get to go free and do what you want is VERY rushed it seemed to me. The graphics are nice and the hero banter is colorful. The only thing that doesn't work for me is the secret invasion section. I can't get past the part where you hero says they'll attack automatically. The game freezes and I need to restart it and im then stuck in an infinite loop. If that section were to be fixed, I would give 4 stars immediately, maybe 5

Support team came through and helped me for once! Nice! It's not THAT pay2win, it's just a game with a really stale metagame and really linear progression that forces you to do the same thing everyone else is doing for the first 2 months of play. Then... then I guess you've beaten the game, so you can do whatever you want. There are a lot of pros and cons, and one of the big cons for me is that it's really hard to get characters you like. Also, sometimes those specific characters are bad, so..
