Metal Slug and King of Fighters creator SNK has brought another of its classic arcade games to mobile. This time it's Garou: Mark of the Wolves, which is now on iOS and Android for £2.99 / $3.99.

It's part of the Fatal Fury series, but the only returning character is Terry Bogard. Instead, you can play as his protege Rock Howard, as he biffs on an entirely new cast of fighters.

This NeoGeo and Dreamcast game is a more technical fighter than you might be used to.

You can counter-attack and get back health if you block at the right time, and a 'Tactical Offense Position' lets you unleash special attacks when your life bar hits a designated point. You can also break out of special moves.

Garou

This mobile version of Garou: Mark of the Wolves supports controllers on both iOS and Android, and has one-on-one brawls via a local Bluetooth connection on Android, and online multiplayer over Game Center on iOS.
