Massive Galaxy on Fire 2 add-on Valkyrie revealed in trailer: new items, stations, ships
We didn't start the fire...
Fishlabs has revealed a massive add-on for its space trading epic Galaxy on Fire 2.
For those unfamiliar with the series, Galaxy on Fire 2 is a 3D space shooter-cum-RPG that sees you running errands, trading goods, and dogfighting your way across the galaxy.
The new add-on, called Valkyrie, not only brings a new chapter to the Galaxy on Fire 2 storyline, but also boasts a loaded cargo bay full of extras.
There are new ships, including some classics like the Phantom Fighter from the original GoF. There are also new weapons and items, including a handy bullet-time generating time-distorter. There's even the ability to buy and own your very own space station.

Galaxy on Fire 2 picked up a PG Silver Award on review, praised for its scale and lavish production values. It's been routinely tightened up in a number of smaller updates since then, and Valkyrie looks set to improve even further on that winning formula.
