It was an all-star crowd at Game Insight's Dragon Eternity launch party at the Cellar Nightclub in San Francisco last Thursday.

The fantasy-themed free-to-play MMORPG pulled out all the stops to celebrate its launch on iOS [link], Android [link] and Facebook [link].

Those in the mix were the BBC, MTV Geek, Venture Beat, Destructoid, Complex, Gamezebo, GamerHub.tv, top platforms and publishers like Sony and Double Fine, and - of course - Pocket Gamer and 148Apps.

Fire-breathing

The intimate affair treated guests to an open bar of crafty cocktails and a vast spread of delectable delights. The dance floor pulsed to the sounds of DJ R3Y as guests enjoyed wild drinking games like dragon pinata-bashing.

Epic swag was given away including collectible Kid Robot munnies designed by world-renowned graffiti artist, Pez, who was at the party incognito among the guests.

Pocket Gamer was the party's official media partner and captured all the fun with Avery Wong Photography.
