PUBG: New State, the highly anticipated battle royale, is releasing for iOS and Android in November

PUBG: New State is undoubtedly one of the most hotly anticipated mobile games with over 50 million pre-registrations, and battle royale fans won't have to wait much longer to play it. Krafton has confirmed that it will release for iOS and Android on November 11th.

Before that, though, there will be one last Technical Test in 28 different countries from October 29th to 30th. Those regions are Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, Maldives, Laos, Saudi, UAE, Yemen, Jordan, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Oman, Lebanon, Bahrain, and Turkey.

In addition to unveiling the release date, Krafton also detailed its plans for PUBG: New State post-launch. This includes new content, gameplay tweaks and a season-based system that most live service games use nowadays. The company also plans to touch base with players regularly using nine global service hubs.

They are also pushing a strong focus on anti-cheating measures, something they have continuously worked on in PUBG Mobile. Players found using an unauthorised program, emulators or keyboard and mouse will be banned. Likewise, they will monitor any hacking attempts and take measures to prevent it from happening.

At launch, PUBG: New State will have four distinctive maps. They include the previously teased Troi and series stalwart Erangel. Krafton is hoping PUBG: New State pushes the genre forward with features such as weapon customisation, the drone store and its player recruitment system. It also promises high-quality graphics that push the limits of mobile.

PUBG: New State is available to pre-order now, over on the App Store and Google Play ahead of its launch on November 11th. It is a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
