Itching for a DC-themed CCG? Cryptozoic Entertainment, YUKE’S, and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have your back. Fans of the card collectible genre will finally have a DC Comics digital collectible card game in the form of DC Dual Force, and it's coming in the 3rd quarter of 2022.

Officially licensed with over 80 years of comic book history to tinker around with, DC Dual Force lets players embark on single-player adventures using their favourite superheroes from across the DC Universe. The catalogue of capes and cowls will expand to the supervillains as the game grows, making the free-to-play CCG even more unique with playable comics as well.

"We feel incredibly privileged to have such unique access to the DC Universe,” says Cory Jones, co-founder of Cryptozoic Entertainment. “As game makers and lifelong comics fans, this is really a dream come true. We are determined to deliver the definitive card game based on comic books.”

We are honored to have an incredible partnership with Cryptozoic and cannot wait to see the DC Universe come to life as a digital collectible card game,” says Yukinori Taniguchi, President and CEO of YUKE's.

Easy to learn and hard to master, the card game is supposedly going to feature innovative mechanics when it comes to building decks, formulating strategies, and character synergies. Given that Cryptozoic Entertainment boasts a diverse portfolio of tabletop games and collectibles, there's a lot to look forward to with DC Dual Force.

If you're eager to know more about the game, you can visit the official website to stay updated on all the latest developments. As a DC fan, I do feel like a DC Comics CCG is long overdue, and I can't wait to see what fresh delights this new title will bring to the table.
