PUBG: New State will open pre-registrations on iOS in Q3 following over 17M sign-ups on Google Play

PUBG: NEW STATE, the latest battle royale title from the highly successful PUBG line, has surpassed over 17 million pre-registrations on Google Play alone. Following PUBG Studio’s closed Alpha Test from June 11-13, the game will open pre-registration on the App Store in Q3, with a full release later this year.

As an expansion of the original universe fans of the franchise know and love, PUBG: New State features a massive open-world environment made even more breathtaking with “global illumination” technology. This will bring high-quality graphics to mobile to give players the ultimate battle royale experience, as 100 brave souls fight on the shrinking battleground to be the last one standing.

We would like to extend our appreciation to our fans and players who have shown such huge interest by participating in the Alpha Test,” says Executive Producer Minkyu Park. “Based on all the player feedback, we will do our best to make sure we complete development by the end of the year and set a milestone for the next-generation mobile games in the battle royale genre.
