The Chest: A Cursed Hero is an idle RPG available now on iOS and Android
SuperPlanet has released its latest mobile RPG called The Chest: A Cursed Hero in more than 150 countries. The game is available to download now for iOS and Android devices.
The Chest is all about a hero who is cursed by a witch and turned into a chest. Your goal is to search for this witch and reverse the curse. That may seem easy, but the game has a bunch of different twists and surprises that makes this a more challenging feat than originally thought.
Your journey to find her will be impeded by the creepy monsters who protect her. You can battle them by throwing weapons towards them, with their strength growing in power the closer you get to your goal.
Originally set for a 25th May launch, the game was delayed until now to iron out the last few bugs and ensure it was in the best state for release.
SuperPlanet has changed the game a lot during development, including how battle works by allowing you to not only use the most powerful weapons but also equipping your character with various-grade weapons at the same time. This allows you to be creative and encourages you to experiment with some weird combinations.
Besides this, The Chest: A Cursed Hero also allows you to level up your character’s stats and improve their capabilities in battle. You can collect gold throughout the game which enhances your character’s loadout and allows you to try new things by combining multiple weapons.
The Chest: A Cursed Hero is available now to download from the iOS App Store and the Google Play for Android store, where it is a free to play title with adverts and in-app purchases.
