Summoners War, the popular gacha RPG, is set to have a crossover with Street Fighter V: Champion Edition

Summoners War, the popular RPG from Com2uS, will soon be hosting a crossover with Capcom's Street Fighter V: Champion Edition. The event is set to start on August 31st and will see five characters from the acclaimed fighting series become available for your team in Summoners War.

Those five characters will include the likes of Ryu, Ken, M. Bison, Chun-Li, and Dhalsim. This will see these fighter's attacks reinterpreted to better suit Summoner's War gameplay and you can expect them to have access to recognisable moves such as Dhalsim's Yoga Sunburst, M.Bison's Psycho Crusher and, of course, Ryu's Hadouken.

This isn't the only upcoming Capcom collaboration happening this month either. Their popular horror series Resident Evil will also make an appearance in NetEase's LifeAfter from August 27th with a host of recognisable bosses to defeat inside the iconic Racoon Police Department.

Summoners War is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
