A follow-up to Marvel Future Fight?

A new Marvel game from Netmarble and Marvel Games will be announced at PAX East 2020

Netmarble and Marvel Games are set to announce an all-new Marvel game at PAX East 2020. It will be officially revealed during their hour-long Marvel Mystery Panel on March 1st at 3:30 pm ET.

"For five years, more than 120 million players around the world have battled to prevent a dangerous era from dawning in the hit mobile game Marvel Future Fight", says an official press release announcing the panel. "Now that chaotic tomorrow arrives as Marvel Games and Netmarble team up once again to unleash an all-new game!".

So could it be that this mysterious new title is a follow-up or a spiritual successor to Marvel Future Fight? It certainly seems like the most likely scenario, though I'm sure fans would be just as happy to see something completely different.

The panel will feature creatives from both Marvel Games and Netmarble as they discuss their ongoing collaboration and their latest title "that will soon have players around the world swept up in a revolution!".

Ryan Penagos, Vice President and Creative Executive of Marvel New Media, is set to host the panel, while panellists will include Bill Rosemann (Vice President and Head of Creative at Marvel Games), Danny Koo (Director of Production at Marvel Games), Marc Sumerak (Writer at Marvel Comics), and Simon Sim (President of Netmarble US).

If you happen to be attending PAX East, you can check out the panel in person at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Centre's Albatross Theatre on March 1st at 3:30 pm ET. That's this Sunday, meaning we only have a handful of days to wait before all is revealed.

And if you're yet to take Marvel Future Fight for a spin, you'll find it available for download now as a free-to-play title from both the App Store and Google Play.
