Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Don't Dry finally comes to Android
Time travel hijinks with everyone's favourite schmoozer
After a long, hard wait, Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Don't Die has finally arrived on Android. This latest entry in the legendary point-and-click series pulls Larry from the "groove-alicious" 80s directly into the 21st century, forcing him to adapt to social media, dating apps, and other such features of modern life.
This time around, Larry is besotted with a mysterious assistant called Faith. The problem for Larry is that Faith only dates men with a perfect score on the dating app known as "Timber". Thus begins his epic quest to woo the latest woman of his dreams. And, as you might expect, things don't quite go to plan, resulting in Larry being thrust into a tale of intrigue and deception.
Wet Dreams Don't Dry is an old-school adventure game in all the right ways, serving up plenty of oddball characters, crude puns, and seedy levels to explore. Even if you can't think of anything worse than playing a Leisure Suit Larry game in 2019, its approach to many tricky topics is smart and often witty.
Plus, this Android version boasts an updated UI and control scheme designed specifically for mobile. You can actually play the beginning of the game for free as a demo. And, if you like what you see, you can buy the full thing for $14.99. You'll find Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Don't Dry available now over on Google Play.
