When Ski Lifts Go Wrong is the world's most extreme bridge builder
Living up to its name
Fans of skiing, as well as those of you who enjoy wreaking comedic havoc, rejoice! When Ski Lifts Go Wrong is headed to Switch next year to please both groups, with its focus on extreme bridge construction.
The game, originally called Carried Away, started life as a Steam Early Access title. Since then, it's received a name change and an extensive list of improvements, including what looks like increased control over the riders themselves.
The core of the game involves (often haphazardly) constructing ski lifts, bridges, and some ever-so-slightly dangerous jumps. You'll then send your riders on a little trip, typically straight off a cliff face to their horrendous demise.
The missions look like they're designed to encourage some creative solutions, a few of which you can check out in the trailer above. It all appears to be quite good fun, and I'm always in the market for anything that offers this sort of goofy mayhem.
Curve Digital has joined forces with Hugecalf Studios to bring the game over to Switch. You can expect to see it pop up on the store in 2019, though we're still not sure of the exact release date.
