Legend of Solgard cheats and tips - How to get new creatures and fast
Get the strongest monsters
If there’s a new action puzzle RPG on the block, you know we’re all over it, and that’s why we can’t get enough of Legend of Solgard, King’s big new game.
With a puzzle battle system it’s loads of fun to play and there are loads of strategies to use and play out with different creatures to collect and battle.
Here we’ll give you a run down of how to get more and more creatures so you can keep battling all day long.
1
Daily quests
The first one is an obvious one, but perhaps one of the most vital. If you want to collect plenty of new creatures, then you’re going to need to complete those daily quests.
You’ll get several quests every day, each with their own reward, and then a final reward for clearing them all.
This is incredibly valuable, as you’ll get the crystals you require for certain monsters, and other materials required for making creatures stronger.
2
Checking for chests
Chests are the best, in pretty much every game where there aren’t mimics, this is certainly true. The only issue is that, in mobile games, they often cost money.
Sigh. Groan. Microtransactions. I hate them, you hate them, but luckily with Legend of Solgard, you can free chests. And two at once, too!
Not only that, but they actually contain important loot, and they’re not just excuses to keep you logging in! Nice! You get a new chest every four hours, and you can stack two, so you can get new loot regularly.
3
Very heroic
Smashing through the world of Legend of Solgard is fun, but it can all go by too quickly, can’t it? But what if you could go back, and get more rewards than ever?
Once you’ve unlocked Heroic mode, you’ll be able to go back to past levels with a higher level of difficulty, and there you can find even better crystals than ever before.
Creatures you’ve not had access to at all yet will become available to earn in certain Heroic missions, so it’s well worth revisiting older stages once you have a stronger team.
4
Finding the mission
Finally, if there’s a particular creature you want, well, a scattershot approach of buying chests and playing missions hoping to unlock them might not work.
That’s why you can go into the collection of creatures and find specific monsters, and then in the bottom right of the frame a magnifying glass icon will reveal to you what level you must be, and which missions you must play, to earn more crystals.
You’ll earn them pretty quickly once you know how, then it’s just a case of grabbing them all!
