The beautiful puzzle-turned-world building game Valleys Between will be heading to iOS worldwide next week. If you like pretty, atmospheric little indie games, Little Lost Fox’s debut title should suit your collection quite nicely.
Valleys Between sees you cultivating forests and creating rivers to maintain the natural balance of your world. Eventually you’ll even build small settlements as you spread your creation across the map. It all happens on a hexagonal grid, swiping up to plant a tree, or down to create rivers. Corrupted land will make your task much more complicated. We previewed Valleys Between earlier this year, finding it to be a beautiful meditative experience that’s great to play in short bursts.
Valleys Between arrives on iOS on August 30, and will be a premium, ad-free experience.
