Aftercharge is a team shooter with a wicked twist
And it's coming to Nintendo Switch
Indie studio Chainsawesome Games is bringing their asymmetrical 3v3 competitive shooter Aftercharge to Nintendo Switch this summer, but it’s not your average team shooter. Aftercharge comes with a surprise twist, one that sounds crazy at first, but makes beautiful, chaotic sense on the battlefield. In Aftercharge’s neon brawls, one team is invisible, while the other is invincible.
Regardless of which side you’re on, you’ll be competing to control energy extractors in the middle of the battlefield. Aftercharge’s bizarre invincible vs. invisible mechanic opens the game up to some pretty wild strategies. Eight different character classes will allow you to really dig into further layers of tactical scheming should you seek it out.
Aftercharge is shaping up to be a cool sci-fi summer treat, and it’ll even feature cross-platform support. You’ll be able to play the Nintendo Switch version with all of your PC and Xbox One pals.
