It might seem like we're banging on about this a bit, but when you've got news as good as this, it's worth shouting to the rafters. Tonight is the night that we're going to launch our first TableTap Twitch stream.

We're going to be playing the Asmodee Digital-published Steam version of Scythe, which is set to hit PCs around the world later this year. There's a mobile version on the way too, so don't try and weasel out of watching by saying that there's nothing here for you.

This is exciting for a number of reasons. Firstly, it's been a good long while since you got to see James Gilmour's lovely face on a Twitch stream. If that isn't reason enough to watch, I don't know what is.

Second, Scythe was one of the biggest board game releases of last year. It's beloved by pretty much everyone who plays it, and for good reason.

Set in a Steampunk, alternate 1920s, it's got giant robots, war, villagers, and all manner of super exciting things. And that's before we get to the asymmetric play style, the speed that everything runs at, and just how bloody lovely it looks.

Basically, you're going to want to be there for this one. We'll be live on Twitch from 5pm GMT, and you can find the stream by clicking on this link.
