The players have spoken and Nintendo has listened, resulting in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp’s biggest quality of life update yet. The game’s next version update addresses a host of issues that, while small, have a pretty dramatic impact on how players have been experiencing the game. Nintendo will be granting players all new ways to customize their campsites. You’ll be able to choose from different terrain types to help establish your site’s character -- choose from bamboo groves and other natural wonders to change things up. You’ll now be able to pick out your animal friends' outfits, too.

You’re life in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp will become a bit easier thanks to a few design changes. You’ll now have the option to ask multiple friends for help at Shovelstrike Quarry, rather than wearily tapping through each of your contacts. The Market Box will also get adjustments for accessibility. Here’s hoping we can buy things from our friends without going all the way to their campsite (as fun as it is to snoop around, sometimes I just need some dang coral or an orange).

Nintendo was a little less forthcoming with info on the Gardening updates, but expect to see last month’s big feature get fleshed out a bit more. It’ll at the very least be a good deal easier for you to manage all of your plants at once.

There’s no release date for the new patch, but stay tuned! In the meantime, there’s still plenty of new content to explore in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. You can play it right now on iOS and Android.
