Mysterious AR is a challenging AR puzzler a little like 'The Room'

With ARKit barely out the door there are already a few super cool games popping up on the market, especially the upcoming Mysterious AR by ARKit With Coffee.

There's not too much information surrounding this one just yet, but Mysterious AR looks like a really cool use of AR with some puzzling elements. Kind of like those pass-the-parcel packages of our childhood birthdays (at least in England), the idea here is to figure out a strange box.

Each time you crack a code or unlock a drawer or figure out a pattern another bit of it opens. About half-way through the teaser, we also see another hidden object mechanic thrown in where you've got to find certain items like a wallet, a pen, and a cup. I really hope this turns out to be something that scans the environment to see what's about, but I may be hoping too hard there.

There's no release date just yet, only that it's coming 'very soon' to iOS. We'll keep you updated.
