ROME: Total War - Alexander arrives on iPad later this summer

Cast your mind back a week or so and you might remember that Feral Interactive had a mysterious new game coming out. Well, turns out it's ROME: Total War - Alexander.
Like Barbarian Invasion, Alexander is a stand-alone expansion pack which takes place a century before the original ROME: Total War. Alexander ascends the Macedonian throne and takes on the ambitious quest to conquer the Persian Empire.This summer, history's greatest military adventure comes to iPad with ROME: Total War – Alexander.

The iPad version will be identical to the PC version but will also get the joys of intuitive touch controls, enhanced visuals, mid-battle saves, and full Russian localisation.
ROME: Total War - Alexander will be available on the App Store (iPad only) for $4.99/£4.99/€5.49 later this summer. You don't need to own the first game to enjoy the experience of this expansion.
