Learn the basics and take on big bosses in Splatoon 2's Hero Mode
Comfortable single player
Splatoon 2's release is creeping up and to really get excited for it Nintendo has put together a report detailing what we can expect from Hero Mode and Turf Wars.
If you watched the various Treehouse Lives held during E3, you'll have got a decent look at what's coming. While I've talked about Salmon Run before, Hero Mode is apparently ideal for learning the basics of gameplay/various weapons before taking yourself online in Turf War and Ranked Battle.
In Hero Mode you'll have mode-specific weapons that can be levelled up by using the Power Eggs and Sardinium you collect. Though it's no impossibly to complete stages without upgrading your weapons, it certainly comes in handy when you're finding things a little tricky - especially when it comes to the numerous Boss Fights.
Check out the video above or Ninty's full report right here. Splatoon 2 will be launching on the Nintendo Switch on July 21st.
