You may think match-threes come a penny a dozen, but Match Land is an upcoming match-three with a difference.

By implementing match-three mechanics and RPG elements in Match Land you've got to play smart in order to be successful. You run a medieval fantasy food market, and to stock and operate your shops you've got to catch different kinds of ingredients.

To battle your foes you use an action match-three system. The timer starts and each time you make a successful match it'll restart, giving you the chance to build your attempts even higher. Once the timer runs out and the damage is done, if you've fought well you'll have a delicious ingredient to take back with you.

With over 25 fantasy food shops to unlock, 20 unique heroes to use, 300 levels, and 25 formidable bosses to take down, there's a fair bit going on here.

Better yet, it'll be free-to-play when it launches on April 27th on iOS and Android.
